We manufacture and stock high-purity stainless steel tubing and sanitary fittings primarily in AISI 304, 304L, 316, and 316L grades. Grade 316L is specifically recommended for high-corrosion pharmaceutical and biotech applications due to its higher molybdenum content and controlled low carbon level.
Our sanitary electropolished tubes achieve an internal surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.4 µm (15 µ-in) or Ra ≤ 0.5 µm, strictly compliant with ASME BPE SF1 through SF4 standards. This passive, ultra-smooth surface eliminates bacterial biofilm formation and ensures easy CIP/SIP cleanability.
